Each User may hold only one (1) active h5bj Account at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, h5bj will close all duplicate Accounts, void any Wagers placed from those Accounts, and forfeit all Balances including any winnings or Bonus Funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your h5bj Account credentials, including your username, password and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. h5bj will never contact you by SMS, email or chat requesting your full password.
You must notify h5bj immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. h5bj shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security. All Wagers placed from your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will stand.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement applicable to Bonus Funds is twenty times (20×) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.

h5bj reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a User or group of Users has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to obtain new-player bonuses; exploiting promotion terms through low-risk hedging strategies; and coordinating with other Users to systematically extract bonus value.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may only be withdrawn once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Where a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are satisfied, h5bj reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Fund amount and any associated bonus-derived winnings from the withdrawable Balance before processing the request.
h5bj reserves the right to decline or limit any Wager at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. In the event of a software malfunction, data transmission error, game engine failure, or any other technical error that results in the incorrect display of odds, returns, game outcomes or Account Balances, h5bj reserves the right to void any affected Wagers and restore Account Balances to the state immediately preceding the error. h5bj shall not be liable for losses arising from such technical errors.
All cricket and sports Wagers at h5bj are governed by the specific market rules applicable to each event as displayed in the h5bj sportsbook. In the event of ambiguity, h5bj's interpretation of those rules shall be final. PSL matches, international fixtures and other cricket events are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with h5bj's event-specific rules.

h5bj's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their h5bj Account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
h5bj reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8; failure to complete KYC verification; AML concerns; or any activity that h5bj reasonably determines threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.
Upon Account closure by either party, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account — net of any amounts subject to withholding under these Terms — will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding AML investigation being in progress.
You may request closure of your h5bj Account at any time by contacting h5bj support. Account closure does not affect any Wagers placed prior to the closure request. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned in accordance with Section 12.2 above.
h5bj reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.
